Note: Shipping times may be delayed due to the current COVID-19 situation. 

All orders are shipped within 1 - 3 Working Days, while orders made after Friday, 12pm SGT and over the weekends will be shipped by Monday, 12pm SGT. Orders are delivered the next working day after your parcel is dispatched. 

Please ensure that you have entered your address accurately as re-routing charges will be borne by the customer in the event of a delivery address change after your shipping label has been created. 

Orders above $59 will ship via Free Express Delivery.

Doorstep delivery is done via QExpress.
